The people who turn down the most opportunities are often those who complain most about the unfairness of life. It’s an interesting thing. If you were to mention to them that they have turned down one opportunity after another, they would just say, ‘That wasn’t an opportunity. What’s the matter with you?’ From their viewpoint, it’s not.
